RAW MANGOES THREE WAYS
1- Raw mango juice (ambi ka sharbat)
This is an amazing refreshing dish recommended by a friend and ever since I am obsessed. You just take half kgs or 500 gms of raw mangoes and peel them, slice them and on low heat simmer them for like half an hour. Add a cup of sugar and half tea spoon of salt then blend it. Keep it in the freezer for two weeks. Mix it up with cold water whenever you like and you got an awesome heat repelling summer drink.
2- Raw Mango Relish (ambi ki chatni)
Similar to the previous recipe, slice and cook raw mangoes and add sugar and salt. Add spices like red paprika powder or whatever suits you taste to give it a nice twist. Enjoy with paratha, bread or on its own, its yumm.
3- Enjoy it raw because why the hell not lol
slice the raw mango and serve on a plate topped with lemon and spices. tasty!
